The project involved a conceptual redesign of existing Provenance retail outlets in the new format of a retail kiosk layout. The area of the kiosk is 619 sq.ft. inclusive of BOH area, Product display, Packaging counter and customer seating area. 

Elements like customer flows, functional equipment requirements, brand colors and product displays merge with new material palettes and signage elements to create an open and flexible customer experience. Materials and color palette are similar to Chennai and Phoenix stores trying to create a memorable identity for the brand. The kiosks additional program of a cafe allowed us to extend the kiosk footprint and create a better experience along with increased ability to attract customers to the space. 

Additionally, a roof trellis was proposed as a way of defining the central space and also dealing with challenges of lighting product in an atrium setting.
