The project involved a conceptual redesign of existing Provenance retail outlets in the new format of a retail kiosk layout. The mall guidelines didnt permit the height to exceed 1350mm above mall level flooring which creates a challenge for sight lines and attracting customers to the location.
Elements like customer flows, functional equipment requirements, brand colors and product displays merge with new material palettes and signage elements to create an open and flexible customer experience.
