The total built up area of the project is 1,94,100 sq.m. and comprises of 496 residential units of 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom in single floor and duplex typologies. Ground coverage is approximately 4.5 acres or 18,440 sq.m.
Programmatic requirements also include amenities like:
Swimming Pools, ATM, Creche, Table Tennis, Billiards, Squash, Club House, Multi-purpose Room, Gymnasium, Tennis courts, Jogging track , Amphitheater and multiple gardens and outdoor landscaped areas.
