The Royal Western Turf Club, Mumbai, India

The projects aims to create a series of public & civic amenities for the city of Mumbai.

The project brief required the re-use of several structures on site including the existing municipal water tanks and RWTC tool sheds

Using these we were able to not increase the built up area of program on the site while also keeping all existing foliage and natural assets in tact.

The programs required were fish ponds, animal enclosures, aviary, horse riding circles, organic farming area, administrative office, canteen and services.
